This Alfa is a true driver's car. I am very sad to see it go, but I no longer have room for it. It has always been garage-kept. The gearbox is wonderful; no second gear grind. The free-flow Ansa exhaust system has added a nice amount of performance and sounds incredible. This is the Alfa I have held onto the longest since it has bucketloads more character than any others I have owned or driven. I have put around $10,000 into the car regarding the mechanics. Most of the work was done at Col-Gen Motors in New Jersey. I urge you to call them regarding the condition of this car. Here are some of the major things that have been done: Clutch realignmentEngine mounts replacedRadiator fan replacedNew racing manifoldFree-flow Ansa exhaust systemAir filter replacedIgnition replacedProtective engine cage replacedSteering was recalibratedNew electric window motorsRe-wired most electric components I have also installed a battery switch for when the car isn't being driven for a while. The seats are not torn at all, but have lost a bit of that plastic tube trim. The top has a few very tiny tears that have been filled with a silicone substance so it doesn't leak whatsoever. Things that could be addressed: - Passenger window motor needs a crank to get it started again. It has a brand new motor, but hasn't been used in months. - When using the low-beam headlights, the left one doesn't work, but it is best to use high beams only regardless unless you upgrade to brighter headlights altogether. - There are some small imperfections in the paint that are only noticeable up close. - The passenger side of the windshield has a faint mark from wiper. - Driver side speaker doesn't work. 1986 Alfa Romeo Spider Veloce This car has been my baby for many years. Just look at the pictures to see how well I've maintained it. Let's start with the body. Paint looks great and there are no dents or hits. The car has never been in an accident. The tires and wheels are in excellent shape. Changed all 4 tires not too long ago and there is plenty of tread left on the tires. I recently replaced the top with the highest quality top they make. Looks perfect and no leaks. The interior is super clean. The leather on seats has no tears or stains. The black carpet is very clean and no cuts. The radio and speakers are new. They obviously work well. now let's talk about mechanical. As you know with old classic cars, there's always something that might go wrong. Well I am the kind of guy that fixes it and takes care of issues right away. if you call me now and ask me what's wrong with the car there is literally nothing I can think of. Car starts up right away. Drives nice. Shifts smoothly. Wipers work. Lights work. All Gauges work. Power Windows work. Brakes work. Fuel System works. Clutch has plenty of life left. Like I said, everything works and all it needs is a new driver. I'm moving and no longer have room for my toys. Every time I drive this Alfa, I get complemented and people ask me questions. 1976 Alfa Spider. 87,000 Original miles. Car was painted and parked in garage 10+ years ago and not moved. Runs and drives great. Just got it out for the first time in 10+ years. Fuel system was drained when it was parked, so replaced fuel pump and hoses from tank also all filters to get it started. Changed transmission and differential fluids, also clutch and brake fluids Spent $1600.00 at Alfa West in Denver to replace all that was needed. New oil change. Replaced plugs and tuned up. All fluids, belts and cables replaced. New Battery, All bulbs and fuses replaced so lights work New Radiator hoses and coolant New throttle cable. New spare and tire in trunk. Also has jack and tool kit. Top in great shape no tears. No cracks in back window. Leather interior is not torn but has surface cracks in seats from sitting for so long (see pics) No rust, great paint on the car. Incredible offering for the top of the line 1988 Alfa Romeo. The title is CLEAR, the car is SMOGGED, The Narni steering wheel is a collectors item in itself..this one is signed as well.The tires are great. No second gear grinding, new belts and hoses 3 years ago when I bought her.The former owner reupholstered in a hip red and black with red leather, no cracks on the dashboard, great mileage, she doesn't use oil! The top and back plastic window are original and in great, clear shape, This is a third car for me, and I am buying a a new horse. Would like to sell my other pet.There is discrepancy int he title Carfax shows there was a salvage title in 1996. This is consistent with an known accident by the original owners, however the DMV or EBAY Experian never show a salvage title. This car does not drive, or handle like there are any issues. The retail is 12-`14 thousand because of this blemish I have priced her at a starting price of 7700..00 This is a wonderful car, and so much fun.

You either understand Alfa-Romeos or you don't. Cars like this 1984 Spider Veloce don't make a lot of sense to our rational minds, but slide behind the wheel and it whispers seductively in fluent Italian and suddenly you find yourself running it through the gears just for the sheer joy of the sound and the feel of a machine acting as your dance partner. It also helps that it's good looking. Sportier than an MG and undeniably Italian, this Alfa is the entry-level two-seater for the guy who knows the real thing when he sees it. Every manufacturer has built a two-seat roadster, it seems, but few can do it better than the Italians. It starts with great body lines, and the Spider Veloce, which endured for decades virtually unchanged, shows off a lot of flair in a compact package. The paint is not original but in decent condition for it's age with only a few BLEMISHES of use and wear, which is fitting on a car that's designed to be the ultimate dance partner. Panel fit is quite good given the era and the hand-built nature of the car, and the shape works just fine without the body add-ons that would come a few years later. Simple, elegant, and extremely sporty, it shows off the little things that the Italians do so well. Note the neat little flush-fitting door handles, the exhaust pipe that's almost (but not quite!) centered under the rear bumper, and, of course, that Alfa grille standing proud up front, neatly integrated into the bumper assembly. The special Italian touch extends to the interior, where even this bargain-priced roadster gets two-tone buckets that wear newer seat covers. A wood-rimmed wheel adds to the interior's ambience. Beautiful Jaeger instruments in a pair of hoods jutting out of the dash show off the simplicity that has long been a hallmark of Italian automotive design, with the secondary instruments slightly canted towards the driver. The ventilation system is typical Italian, with controls that are hard to decipher, but that's really all part of the charm in a car like this, although the A/C seems to need a recharge. There's also a newer AM/FM/cassette stereo head unit that was installed many years ago and probably due for an upgrade today. The trunk is actually well-shaped and spacious enough to hold luggage for two, and a black canvas convertible top fits neatly. The rorty 2-liter engine sings to life with gusto and loves to rev, and with a glorious sound from the new muffler out back, you'll be looking for reasons to drop a gear or two and pin the throttle. Aluminum cam covers are a traditional Alfa look, and the fuel injection system has that instant throttle response that makes these cars such a joy to drive. And contrary to what you may have heard, these tough little Italian sports cars are actually reliable and sturdy, perfect for having fun without the worries. The 5-speed manual gearbox snicks through the gears thanks to a new clutch and the suspension has a great combination of control and supple body movements, so the car is all-day comfortable. Four-wheel discs live behind stylish 5-spoke alloys carrying 195/65/14 blackwall radials. Fun and stylish, this bargain-priced exotic is a great entry-level Italian. Sure, it needs a little TLC from it's new owner to make it the ultimate driving machine, but for this price, you get a genuine Alfa Romeo that gives you a real taste of pure sports car magic.

Cars like this 1984 Spider Veloce don't make a lot of sense to our rational minds, but slide behind the wheel and it whispers seductively in fluent Italian and suddenly you find yourself running it through the gears just for the sheer joy of the sound and the feel of a machine acting as your dance partner. It also helps that it's good looking. Sportier than an MG and undeniably Italian, this Alfa is the entry-level two-seater for the guy who knows the real thing when he sees it. Every manufacturer has built a two-seat roadster, it seems, but few can do it better than the Italians. It starts with great bodywork, and the Spider Veloce, which endured for decades virtually unchanged, shows off a lot of flair in a compact package. The code 103 Ivory paint is in very good condition with only a few signs of use, which is fitting on a car that's designed to be the ultimate dance partner. Panel fit is quite good given the era and the hand-built nature of the car, and the shape works just fine without the body add-ons that would come a few years later. Simple, elegant, and extremely sporty, it shows off the little things that the Italians do so well. Note the neat little flush-fitting door handles, the exhaust pipe that's almost (but not quite!) centered under the rear bumper, and, of course, that Alfa grille standing proud up front, neatly integrated into the bumper assembly. The special Italian touch extends to the interior, where even this bargain-priced roadster gets two-tone buckets that wear newer seat covers. A wood-rimmed wheel adds to the interior's ambience, and while it looks pretty weird, that shifter is intuitive and easy to use without any strangeness at all. Beautiful Jaeger instruments in a pair of hoods jutting out of the dash show off the simplicity that has long been a hallmark of Italian automotive design, with the secondary instruments slightly canted towards the driver. The ventilation system is typical Italian, with controls that are hard to decipher, but that's really all part of the charm in a car like this, although the A/C seems to need a recharge. There's also a newer AM/FM/cassette stereo head unit that was installed many years ago and probably due for an upgrade today. The trunk is actually well-shaped and spacious enough to hold luggage for two, and a black canvas convertible top fits neatly, even over the roll bar installed behind the seats. The rorty 2-liter engine sings to life with gusto and loves to rev, and with a glorious sound from the new muffler out back, you'll be looking for reasons to drop a gear or two and pin the throttle. Aluminum cam covers are a traditional Alfa look, and the fuel injection system has that instant throttle response that makes these cars such a joy to drive. And contrary to what you may have heard, these tough little Italian sports cars are actually reliable and sturdy, perfect for having fun without the worries. The 5-speed manual gearbox snicks through the gears thanks to a new clutch and the suspension has a great combination of control and supple body movements, so the car is all-day comfortable. Four-wheel discs live behind stylish 5-spoke alloys carrying 195/65/14 blackwall radials. Fun and stylish, this bargain-priced exotic is a great entry-level Italian. Sure, it needs a little TLC, but for this price, you get a genuine Alfa Romeo that gives you a real taste of pure sports car magic.
