Click to enlarge Exterior: This beautiful Alfa Romeo Spider looks great finished in its beautiful red paint that has been hand rubbed to a beautiful finish. The paint has a very "deep" look and has a great shine. The panel lines up great and all of the doors, hood and trunk all open and shut with ease and have a solid feel. This car was painted several years ago and still looks extremely nice. The paint job on this car was really done right, one look at the engine bay door jams etc... will reveal that this is a very nicely done car. You could take this to a weekend show or use it as a daily driver. When the car was painted, it was done properly, everything was removed from the car, from trim to glass and the result is incredibly nice. The car starts right up and runs like a top with strong oil pressure. The car runs incredibly smooth and never skips a beat. Whether you are at 750rpm or 6,000 rpm the car runs incredibly smooth. This Alfa also has excellent throttle response and a great sporty sounding exhuast. The engine has very strong oil pressure as well and stays nice and cool in Arizonas hot and dry climate. The transmission shits beautifully and there is NO 2nd gear crunch that is so common on early Alfas. The gear change is so nice and smooth on this car, the gear lever moves with ease and has a great feel. The 4 wheel disc brakes stop the car incredibly well and have a great solid feel. The car tracks down the road straight as an arrow and feels solid driving down the road. All of the lights, signals, are in great working order. This car features like new vredstien tires which are very grippy tires that look like the original period tires but with modern construction. This car goes down the highway at 80mph with ease!!!
