This is fully transferrable to the new owner. Condition This 4C is in nearly brand new condition. I was only able to find 3 small marks on the front, each the size of a pencil tip, where the paint is marked from road debris. The paint is not full chipped in those locations, just a marked. The very center of the nose on the bottom has the normal rub marks, which you have to be under the car to see. Since the 4C is very low to the ground the nose will touch down at the slightest of inclines. This one has touched down 4 times, all at no speed going into our parking garage. Other than those minor imperfections this 4C is perfect with no other known blemishes and no known mechanical issues what-so-ever.
